Front Desk staff, I believe Natalie was fantastic. She had excellent customer service, and Best Western is very blessed to have her. She was professional, curteous, down to earth, and she always greeted you with a smile. She never made you feel like you were an inconvenience to her when asking a question. It was clearly a pleasure for her to assist you. She's a great example to those whom she works alongside . The maintenance and housekeeping were also very pleasant. It was a joy in getting to know some of the staff. When we stayed. Would recommend this hotel to others. The pool is a little small other than that it was good.

Absolutely LOVED the size of the Queen Suite with a separate room with 2 queen beds, a living area with a pull out couch and 2 club chairs, and a small kitchenette. Excellent setup for a family with a young child and older child (earlier bedtime for the youngest). Kids had a great time in the pool. Grounds were very well kept! I even saw housekeeping dusting the light shades of the sconces in the hallway! Only one thing about our stay that would have made it even better would have been a lower price. I feel the price I paid for a Sunday night was overpriced, but other than that, everything was great.

As the (tired) saying goes: Location, location, location ...right off the TransCanada Highway, but not noticeable within the hotel; large & well appointed room with power-receptacle strategically located throughout and good lighting in the evening.

The hotel was nice and clean - had the best shower there after travelling for a few days! We had read reviews about the breakfast and were NOT disappointed! So much variety and everything was delicious. Perfect before a long drive. The pool was nice for our young child as well.

Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Stayed in double queen suite with sofa bed as we were 5 and traveling with a little dog and there was plenty of room for all of us. This was one of the best BW I have stayed in as the staff was so nice and rooms very clean.

The breakfast was excellent, pretty much anything you could want for your breakfast meal, and, the staff were friendly and efficient, making sure all the selections were topped up as needed. The breakfast room itself was clean, bright, and a pleasing decor. We have stayed at this location before and forgot our bathing suits this time, but in the past have enjoyed using the pool as well. Our go to place in Woodstock.

The location to the border is a great place to stop if you break up your trip. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are wonderful. We love the breakfast and pool facilities. The beans are a great touch at breakfast. The staff was lovely. Always our go-to spot.

Excellent variety at the hot buffet breakfast (included in the room price), everything kept stocked & clean, & good seating. Mattresses, pillows, bedclothes all excellent. Immaculately clea & adequately spacious room, with an abundance of counter-surface area in both main room & bathroom. Well-stocked Keurig coffee facility in room. Enthusiastic & happy staff at main desk. Close parking. Everything worked, nothing was lacking (unless you count absence of on-site restaurant, but a couple of fine spots downtown, 3 & a half km distant).

Breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff were wonderful! Everything was clean and the lady working was so kind and friendly.
